Future Food were engaged by Queen Victoria Market after a number of stages of project support in the lead up to the Food Hall refurbishment.

Future Food provided an Information Memorandum for the QVM Food Hall opportunity, with a measured approach for the seven available tenancies. As the existing site was in the decline stage of its life-cycle, communicating a positive opportunity was a core component of the project outcome.

Future Food took the opportunity to market with a pre-identified strategy that included an open market/advertised approach and a direct approach to a number of very good operators in the Melbourne area with an authentic, food-oriented specialisation.

Queen Victoria Market - Food Hall opened to the public in 2022.
