Request For Proposal From Melbourne Café Operators

The new Victoria University City Tower is a state-of-the-art, 32-level vertical campus in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD and Legal Precinct. 

Victoria University is seeking proposals from experienced operators to deliver convenient, on-trend food and beverage in this building from two locations.

Location 1:

‘Heritage Café’ is situated on the ground floor of the tower, with direct street access as well as through the building’s lobby. 

Location 2:

‘Student Lounge Kiosk’ is situated on level 10. 

It is intended that both locations would be leased to the same operator, with a full service provided on the ground floor and a light offering with reduced opening hours on level 10.
