Future Food were successfully appointed to consult to Victoria University to help Masterplan their new High-Rise Campus ‘VU Tower’ in the Melbourne CBD.

A vertical campus requires a unique approach to planning food and beverage locations, accessibility, operational requirements, infrastructure and externalisation and Future Food were required to determine the vision for food and beverage with an understanding of how it will work towards creating a modern campus of the future.

A Level 10 Student Hub and Ground Floor food and beverage outlet were determined to create the core of the food and beverage strategy, whilst supporting modern food and beverage vending across the 29 Level building were Masterplanned to create a flexible and convenient array of food and beverage provision for all campus users.

With an understanding of the highly competitive local Melbourne CBD landscape and the vision for the vertical campus, Future Food delivered a strategic report to ensure the VU Tower meets the need states of all campus users and achieves the aspirations of the architectural design of
a modern CBD University Campus.
