Future Food consulted to The Grollo Group on the overarching King Street Redevelopment Project incorporating The Rialto Tower and surrounding retail outlets, with the aim of interfacing & complimenting music, entertainment, food, hospitality, arts & cultural precincting across the site.
The Grollo Group identified the opportunity and benefit of redeveloping the Rialto precinct, encompassing landmark buildings along King Street to create a true hospitality destination aligned to the customer needs states of the Rialto corporate tenants, the local Melbourne customer base and to create a destinational hospitality precinct for the increasing tourist demographic in the vicinity.
The overarching goal was to elevate through design, a customer-centric, experiential district, that affords pertinent tenant amenity, invigorates the setting through the provision of a market leading dining and entertainment precinct appropriate for the future hospitality landscape of the Southern quadrant of the Melbourne CBD.
