Future Food have worked with CNSW and Mostyn Copper for the past 2 years on this greenfield development of Wilson park for the CNSW Centre of Excellence. The first scope of work established the potential demand for a cafe style offer for the Cricket centre and park following on with range of potential operational models and the financial implications of providing this amenity and convenience for the Centre.

The café positioning sets out a simple F&B operation with a Barista espresso coffee offer and a convenient & quick service style to meet the demands of the on-site workers, athletes, visitors and a range of diverse stakeholders which also includes a more diverse range of services for catering, functions and pop up / concession stands for match day requirements.

The Expression of Interest Campaign, Planning & Strategy was formulated with CNSW seeking to attract the best fit for purpose operator to meet the needs of the identified stakeholder groups as a priority recognising that experience in the niche sector was a key strategy driver. With the end result in mind, Future Food created the ideal selection criteria to assist in evaluating the submissions across the key requirements and standards of the identified F&B services to provide a modern, healthy, quality and convenient food, beverage and hospitality solution from a Sydney style café to corporate catering to match day catering for players and the general public.
