Lakeside Joondalup
Perth, Australia
Future Food's twenty year working partnership with LendLease was again strengthened in 2017 when Future Food commenced a total review of the total food and hospitality offers at Lakeside Joondalup. The aim of the review was to assess the mix of food in each send and service category including impulse outlets, cafés, food court and casual dining family restaurants. The overall aim was to develop a Food Strategy and modern food mix resulting in the creation of a range of modern dining destination and price point spends. The elevation of the food offers was core objective and the development of restaurant offering full table service, alcohol, brunch, late night dining was central to the new mix. Whilst Hillary’s Boat Ramp was a direct competitor, it was not considered a benchmark project. Locations like Trigg Island Cafe set a new standard of casual dining and all day spend capability based on the WA lifestyle casual dining.
