Future Food worked closely with all major stakeholders of the development to assist in the creation of a modern food and hospitality concept and overlay, to align with the hotel’s aspirations and fashion a unique point of difference within the competitive Ringwood landscape.
With a build date starting in early 2019, this project was fast tracked to inform a food and beverage strategy that would ensure a compelling restaurant and bar concept to achieve destinational status for the Hotel.
The core stages of work appointed were to conduct industry and local market research to understand the competitive landscape around the outer Eastern suburb and to identify existing gaps in the food and hospitality market.
Through identifying gaps in the market, Future Food were able to develop a restaurant and bar concept that would generate a point of difference for the Sebel and deliver a modern and on-trend dining concept for the future. This consultancy focussed on the Brand, naming, design, layout, menu, food theatre, bar concept, offer and overall functionality of all related spaces to inform a design and concept brief for the architects and retail designers to action.
