Future Food has been engaged to provide food and hospitality to a wide group of stakeholders, including key cultural institutions within the precinct.
Collaboration and engagement with stakeholders to establish and understand their priorities and aspirations is a core component of the food and beverage strategy creation.
The resulting design will speak to the complexities of the project and in turn will in turn provide a place of civic generosity and connectivity.
In addition to navigating and translating a diverse group of stakeholders into a considered food and beverage strategy, this project has significant impact on the personality of a major public landmark in Melbourne. Food and hospitality will be a core component of this precinct and as such, a significant component of the public personality of the precinct.
