Future Food was engaged by Suria KLCC (home of the Petronas Towers) in Kuala Lumpur in 2018. The brief was to provide spatial design advice to the architect regarding the technical aspects of the new foodcourt (food service related), provide a positioning statement and concept mix and considered analysis of the proposed leasing mix through the entire new wing of the Centre.

Future Food curated a mix of regional Asian and local Malay cuisines coupled with popular western dishes in a combination all day dining modern food hall and waterfront dining destination.

In January 2020, Future Food were reengaged by Suria KLCC:

To provide a holistic F&B Evaluation and Gap Analysis to inform future F&B strategies and leasing direction for the property. 

To provide Operational Review & Recommendations for all F&B operators (or Post Opening Reviews in the case of new operators,) to ensure that the Centre fulfilled its positioning statement as the best dining destination in Kuala Lumpur.
