Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Future Food was engaged by Suria KLCC (home of the Petronas Towers) in Kuala Lumpur in 2018. The brief was to provide spatial design advice to the architect regarding the technical aspects of the new foodcourt (food service related), provide a positioning statement and concept mix and considered analysis of the proposed leasing mix through the entire new wing of the Centre (the repurposed Parkson wing)
Working closely with the owner and the Architect, Future Food provided 3 stages of work which were completed in early 2019 prior to the staged build and fitout.
Future Food curated a mix of regional Asian and local Malay cuisines coupled with popular western dishes in a combination all day dining modern food hall. Future Food worked alongside the award winning hospitality designers, Russell and George.
