Positioned on the edge of the city and surrounded by some of its most prominent attractions, Hannah St Hotel will deliver an exclusive lifestyle experience that engages both short-stay guests and permanent residents from breakfast through to late night. The hotel will offer an array of distinctive hospitality options, creating a seamless and elevated experience that sets a new benchmark for quality in the local market.
The development is poised to attract a strong following from local visitors seeking a sophisticated and design-led destination for dining and socialising. Six independent dining venues will form the heart of the hotel’s hospitality offering, each with its own unique character, yet able to collaborate in service, space, and guest engagement to create a cohesive, full-spectrum experience.
Drawing inspiration from the success of iconic lifestyle hotels such as The Ace Hotel, Sydney, Hannah St Hotel aims to blend imagination with innovation, crafting an environment that is both exceptional and immersive.
Following the initial concept and design development stages, Time & Place engaged Future Food to bring an operational lens to the project. Future Food’s role included providing practical, experience-based input to ensure the proposed designs were operationally viable, as well as conducting a comprehensive peer review of the hotel’s food and beverage business case.
Hannah St Hotel is scheduled to open in Summer 2025/26, set to redefine the city’s premium hospitality landscape.
