After providing a 4-stage Masterplan & comprehensive Food & Beverage strategy in 2018, Future Food was approached by leasing agent Colliers International to collaborate on an operator approach for the Invercargill Central project in New Zealand’s southernmost city. The F&B Strategy allowed us to prepare a very measured approach to the project.

In this highly collaborative environment, Future Food provided an Expression of Interest “Information Memorandum” document, which was utilised as the key marketing platform to present the opportunity to market.

Additionally Future Food provided a database contribution of more than 120 prime operator contact details for consideration by the leasing team.

Invercargill Central is currently under construction and due to open in 2022.
