MTC are actively seeking interest from leading food and hospitality operators, to take on the role of hospitality provider across MTC’s restaurant, bars, functions, events and more.

The primary focus of this campaign is the ongoing management of the ground floor signature MTC restaurant, currently trading as Script Bar & Bistro. In addition to this MTC are prepared to consider outsourcing their 2 foyer bars, a secondary commercial kitchen and providing first right of refusal for all functions, events and catering requirements to the right operator. 

Highly capable and confident Restauranteurs, Hospitality Groups and Caterers and other Food Service Professionals are invited to present their strategy and concept direction for either all, or part of the available Catering Partnership package.
