Wyndham City Council engaged Future Food in 2024 to develop a report with aims to explore opportunities to increase, expand, and understand barriers to alternative operating strategies at Encore Events Centre. 

Future Food provided comprehensive Stakeholder Engagement to develop a comprehensive range of options and considerations for the operating model of this high quality community asset (built in 2013).

Through the project, Future Food considered the current operational model, its requirements to fulfil its role in the community, as well as the business case that underpins it. 

We provided a range of initiatives that assisted the Client to maximise the opportunity from within its existing operational model, without the need to distract from the existing modus operandi. 

We provided in-depth analysis of the current catering revenue streams, and the likely outcomes of a reworked operating strategy. 

We provided a Risk-Minimisation review to ensure a balanced approach was adopted. Lastly we provided benchmarks and operating models from a range of other similar/like venues from around the state (Victoria) to provide context and management benchmarking to our findings.
