Future Food was engaged by Pernod Ricard for a two stage Scope & Deliverables that focussed on the business of food in its iconic Jacob’s Creek Visitor Centre in the Barossa Valley. The first stage of work was to review the existing catering operation and make recommendations on where the operation could be better aligned to best practice hospitality operation and maximise its target market alignment and revenue potential.
A second stage of work was focussed on the future of food within the Winery. A financial performance assessment and 2025 vision and strategy were produced for the hospitality component of the estate. Key strategy drivers identified in the project brief contributed to key outcomes to:
