Future Food was engaged by Melbourne University in
2016 to undertake two pieces of work.  

The main focus on the two consultancy services was to undertake an independent review of the current food operations and how the finding would help form the basis for any future brief that would drive aspects of the overall food and beverage strategy for the University’s Masterplan as part of the major redevelopment.

The Second consultancy focused on the development of a questionnaire to establish academic and non academic (Non student) staff  interest in the development of a staff only hospitality facility.  This club style operation aims to provide a range of food and beverage and related private meeting and function spaces. This facility would only be accesable via membership.

• Full Campus review to assess the current food
  & beverage offers across the Parkville Campus

• Academic and non academic questionnaire relating to café services & the subsequent findings &
  recommendations report

• Analyse the data relating to the questionnaire findings and subsequently develop a food and beverage concept that works off the principles of a club style food service facility. 

• Develop a design brief for a club style facility.
