A hotel distinct in architectural design and uniquely located on the F1 circuit in Abu Dhabi required a dining offer that is nothing short of spectacular. Future Food was presented with the creative challenge to develop five highly individual restaurant concepts to match the architecture of the YAS Viceroy Hotel; the first to ever be built over a Formula One TM race circuit. 

Future Food’s creativity was applied to Stages 1 and 2 of Concept Development, detailing the theme of each restaurant, uniforms, interiors, branding and soundtrack to menus for each day part of each venue.
