Future Food has been engaged by the Westfield Newmarket development team (Scentre) for ongoing food and hospitality advice in anticipation of the launch of its new flagship centre in Auckland, New Zealand.

This lifestyle retail and hospitality destination will likely re-establish the benchmark for shopping centres in New Zealand. Future Food’s scope of work provides conceptual advice, pre and post opening assistance, hospitality strategy and Food and Beverage operator curation for their new food hall and the rooftop dining destination.

Westfield Centres are world renowned for their exceptional level of detail and customer-centricity, they only engage with a select group of consultants due to the significant level of intellectual property within the organisation.
