Future Food was engaged by WInarch Capital to support with their concept and feasibility studies for Cedar Mill, a significant Event & Hospitality destination in Morisset.  The precinct is deemed offer unparalleled experiences in the lake Macquarie and occupied a significant land holding within the region. 

Future Food was provided with a comprehensive site plan and proposed hospitality strategy and tasked with the opportunity to project the market potential available to the precinct with consideration to its relative characteristics. A detailed demographic study was provided in order to understand the key customer cohorts which may be contestable by assessing their statistical criteria in order to form a clear understanding of the level and frequency of spend which they may contribute to the precinct.  

Additionally, we assessed the hospitality landscape across the region, highlighting the key competitors which may be contestable as well as their success factors which assisted in the overall assessment towards the proposed concept mix at Cedar Mill.
