Umma
Melbourne, Australia
Future Food is very proud of the long standing working partnership with the Eat-Gangnam-Group who own and manage some of Australia’s best modern casual and smart casual dining establishing along the eastern seaboard. From Marae, a fine-casual Japanese restaurant at Chadstone Shopping Centre to Sushi and Nori at Brisbane’s hip new dining strip on King Street. The Eat Gangnam Company’s philosophy is one professional commercial hospitality built on the established food service and hospitality principles of a family kitchen, a place of love, good food and shared company.
As UMMA the menus reflect a diverse range of favourite dishes including bibimbap and bulgogi as well as other delights such as ssam rolls and bibimguksu. The food displays are abundant with popular lunch boxes and garden salad jars. UMMA brings a wide selection of hot and cold dishes and snacks such as Korean friend chicken.
Future Food working in conjunction with the teams at Eat Gangnam and Emily Pedersen Design advised on a number of the key elements.
