The Wilton Rancheria Resort and Casino, scheduled to open in 2020 and providing over 300 rooms, is set to become the premier entertainment and dining destination in the greater Sacramento, California region. Future Food is working with Boyd Gaming, the resort’s operator, on developing the food hall that will be at the heart of the property.
The modern Food Hall is a complex offering that has evolved from a basic food court into a designed space that celebrates food in all its forms. Boyd Gaming is keen to bring this concept in-house to upgrade significantly the choices it offers to its guests.
Boyd’s aim is to develop a modern food hall that will have wide makret appeal so as to attract non-gamers from the great South Bay area.
