ANU (Australian National University, Canberra) through their project team ColonySix appointed Future Food  to Masterplan the redevelopment food and hospitality in a $263m Union Court Redevelopment. Future Food’s established reputation in developing food and hospitality specifically for campuses, ensure all of the 23,700 students and 4100 staff plus guest on campus will have access to on-trend food and hospitality offers. In addition to nourishment, the food will offer the social glue to bring students and staff together and ensure all ethnic and dietary considerations are catered for.

Kambri is the name given to new Campus’s services  , establishing the volume of food business case, training and guiding retail food operators and benchmarking best practice in all food operations.

 

Customised Food & Hospitality Services

  • Masterplanning the food mix

  • Developing a Position Statement for the University Charter’s retail food services & food mix.

  • Reviewing the architectural scheme to ensure placemaking, alfresco options & a rang of locations across the campus to service all the user groups.

  • Developed the sustainable volume of food & beverage by forecasting sales projections & future proofing GLA volumes.

  • Undertook a “GAP” Analysis in the immediate surrounding to ensure both a core “menu” of food choices were considered as well as new-to-campus food concepts.

  • Training & guiding retail food operators & benchmarking best practice in all food operations.
