Future Food was engaged by Marnong Estate for concept development and feasibility studies for a proposed specialty prepared and integrated Provedore offer for their expanding winery and estate. The concept was required to dovetail with their existing business image and revenue centres as well as the proposed development masterplan due to be staged over the next three to five years.
The Estate is home to a restaurant and winery with significant planning in place to establish a significant tourism and wellness destination with compelling emphasis on food beverage and events.
