Ryde Central

2020
Future Food provided a full F&B Strategy for the City of Ryde for the two Civic Buildings (Cultural & Community Hub & Council Administration Building) that anchor this unique project. Each building had a unique set of strategy drivers, consistent with the independent user groups associated with each. This was underpinned by significant business case planning to ensure that the best possible commercial outcomes were coupled with the civic and community focussed project directives.
A second stage of work was engaged to peer review the design as it advanced through the design development phase. The aim was to ensure that the design would meet the requirements of the design brief, maximise outcomes for the client and ensure a best practice hospitality design was realised.
The project was delivered in an iterative manner consistent with the Council’s requirements and the internal contribututions of the council appointed Project Control Group (PCG).
The development’s first full year of operation is planned for 2024.
