In 2023, Future Food were appointed by GIRR.PTY to provide a Concept and Vision Document for a site they had taken over in Black Rock, Melbourne. The aim of the document was to provide the client with a clear path forward to develop a strategy for the future aspirations of the business. 

For the short term, the client expressed interest in enhancing the capability of the business they had taken over, with the aim of continuing to operate it while they commenced planning on the future redevelopment of the site in preparation for the concept relaunch. 

A thorough analysis of the local landscape along with an understanding of the layout of the store provided a footprint to develop a concept which provided opportunity for the operator to achieve short, medium and long term goals. 

During the client brief, a number of aspirations relating to origin stories, favourable hospitality experiences operational capability led the way for a strategy which tied the concept closely to a preferred concept direction. Future Food provided a range of opportunities for the segmented areas within the property, including individual operations models for each dedicated area and how they would combine to contribute to the overall success and sustainability of the business. 

A new brand identity was created to ensure appropriate placement and alignment to the concept itself with the goal of providing a unified visual format across all business collateral.
