Future Food continues a successful working partnership with Frasers Property and during recent involvement with the Eastern Creek Quarter (ECQ) development, has collaborated with food retail partners to “set them up for success” prior to showcasing their new businesses for launch.  

Eastern Creek Quarter is a state of the art shopping centre development in Western Sydney with a retail scope that will bring a unique vision of food & the enjoyment of eating to life with a diverse & revolving line up of street food flavours.  

When asked to support Frasers Property in preparing and presenting a suite of retailer workshops, Future Food welcomed the opportunity to be involved with this exciting new “foodie” venture.

Future Food curated content specific to each cluster of food retailers launching at Eastern Creek Quarter – covering Restaurant / QSR, Café & Retail Fresh - to deliver an engaging, 90 minute workshop to 30 of the food retail partners.  With topics focusing on delivering operational excellence & consistency in customer service, the purpose of the workshop was to present relevant information that could be discussed in an open forum and that would deliver key learnings around optimising the customer experience and maximising sales.
