Future Food provided Kedron-Wavell Services Club with a food and beverage strategy and vision document (September 2019). The aim of the work was to feed into the wider Kedron-Wavell Services Club Master Plan with a considered food and beverage strategy, spatial recommendations, position, rationale and suggested operating approach.
The research was underpinned by detailed research into the available opportunity, competitive review market size estimations and food and beverage revenue forecasting.
Further evaluation of the current operating model was provided with a constructive review of the Club’s three existing food and beverage outlets, with practical advice given to assist them to maximise their food and beverage revenue, repeat visitation and reputation.
