Future Food’s thirty five year partnership working with the Gandel Group and Family across a number of projects include Point Leo Estate (PLE); the appointment in 2015 to research modern winery retail formats globally. Following trips to France and New Zealand and an intense review of modern wineries in Australia, Future Food in conjunction with Jolson Architecture developed a detailed Visual Merchandising & Styling Strategy and Execution Plan.

  • In-depth review of the Point Leo Estate into the  overall food & hospitality position statement

  • Review of the proposed estate-produced wine from the Point Leo Estate & complementary wine selections

  • Engagement of Emily Pederson Design to assist with visual merchandising design using an interior design approach

  • Meeting with Mr & Mrs. Gandel & project planning with Neville Beer, Project Manager – Gandel Group – Point Leo Estate Development

  • On-sites for measurements, positioning, horizontal & vertical visual merchandising plan & styling proformas

  • Display format designs with design development of all wine & beverage displays & service stations, meet, greet & serve.

  • Post opening review & documentation of all design drawings & visual merchandising plans – 2017/ 2018
