Future Food has been involved with the MLC Centre and its constantly evolving food landscaping since 2016. Our latest scope of work included the visioning for the proposed $170 million redevelopment of the plaza and surrounding hospitality. 

Future Food were engaged to review the competitive landscape, identify unique points of difference for the future of the Centre, quantify the sustainable volume of ultra-premium dining and provide a highly elevated vision and  mix of global culinary talent. A subsequent component required us to reach out to our global network and provide contacts and introductions to appropriate operators to the Dexus Leasing Team.
