Future Food provided a food and beverage Masterplanning Scope of Work to Lendlease’s Melbourne Quarter project in 2017 in preparation for the 2019 launch of this premier development.
The aim of the scope was to ensure that the food and hospitality within the project was optimised. As food & beverage would form a significant component of the GLA at street level and therefore constitute a large component of the public personality of the building, it was essential that the Food & beverage was not only fit for purpose but also well positioned (price-point) to meet the needs of the catchment and ensure maximum uptake of food & beverage sales-revenue potential.
