Future Food started working with Ryde-Eastwood Leagues Club in 2020 on an operational review of the incumbent Caterer. Subsequent to this successful project phase we were re-engaged to find a new food operator for the Club.
Future Food provided an Information Memorandum for the Club catering opportunity, with extensive collateral on the operation and revenue potential of the two Club restaurants and seven function rooms. Communicating a positive opportunity was a core component of the project outcome.
Future Food took the opportunity to market with a pre-identified strategy that included an open market/advertised approach and a direct approach to a number of very good operators in the Sydney area with specialisation in the Club industry that had been identified in the research phase.
The project was very successful and ultimately the project was awarded to one of Sydney’s best Club F&B specialists within budget and time-constraints.
