Working alongside Watpac-Besix and the Kotui Consortium, Future Food prepared a food and hospitality strategy for the new Multi-Use Arena in Christchurch, New Zealand for the Client, Christchurch City Council & Venues Otautahi.
Diversified key strategy drivers included not only quality and speed of service & food, but also digital interfacing & proprietary software recommendations, queue minimisation, localised procurement, modern food trends, branding and concept definition, diverse concession styles and service experiences, premium catering strategies (including corporate and hirer) all with the considered aim of maximisation of revenue potential and patron experience.
Future Food’s – Food & Hospitality Strategy, included all levels of food and beverage including bars (standard and premium), food concessions (GA & Members), premium hospitality offers (Corporate, Premium Member and Hirer) as well as pop-ups & mobile F&B concessions.
A variety of usage modes had to be considered including club sports mode, finals sports mode, events/concert mode and full capacity event mode (including field of play and external fan zones.
