Government, civic and community hospitality projects can range from a local Council golf club to large, multi-site projects such as those co-ordinated by Development Victoria. Future Food’s role is to advise on the best possible use of the food and catering facilities to maximise the opportunity, by problem solving and master-planning in conjunction with the development team’s consultants; and, where required, manage a tender or EOI programme to secure the best possible food operator(s) for the site(s). Risk strategy, financial modelling, sustainable volumes and an on-trend food and beverage mix aligned with the user groups are at all times foremost in the planned outcomes.
