Future Food have been a close advisor and partner to Abbotsford Convent for 5 years, providing specialist advice and guidance on a many number of Food & Hospitality related matters.

Most recently Future Food were engaged to conduct detailed analysis into current Catering Operations, as part of due diligence, prior to going to market to procure a new Catering Partner.

These initial stages of work for designed to ensure that Abbotsford Convent had everything in place, to ensure a seamless transition from the previous incumbent to a future Catering Partner. Future Food were able to assess the current catering services agreement, KPI’s and financial structure to ensure that the future contract provided Abbotsford Convent with greater control, greater assurances and greater rental & royalty returns.

Peter Rowland Group were the successfully appointed operator and took over operations in mid 2021.
