Port Melbourne Yacht Club
Future Food were engaged by the Port Melbourne Yacht Club to facilitate and manage their search for a new Catering Partner. The Club had a previously long-standing contract in place and were seeking a new and modern partnership to reposition the club’s facilities back into the more aspirational segment of the market.
A detailed market/industry review was conducted to identify the most reputable and best performing operators in the local and national market and a subsequent invitation to apply was distributed.
A formal Expression of Interest (EOI) Campaign document was produced to effectively communicate and explain the opportunity to the target operators and a response sought to measure against pre-determined assessment criteria.
The ensuing stage advanced a shortlist of operators through to interview stage and the preferred operator through to final/negotiation stage before the formal offer and acceptance was confirmed.
