Future Food partnered with H.Co in 2019 to complete 4 stages of masterplanning and an end-to-end expression of interest process for a new mixed-use development in the significant growth corridor of Clyde North.

The consultancy vision was for Future Food to plan and execute a food and hospitality strategy that would become an anchor for the development and align with the need states within the proposed allied-health and medical precinct.

In a rapidly developing outer suburban location, Future Food applied a forward-thinking approach to pre-plan for future growth considerations, customer demographics and type of operator required to achieve the predetermined vision for the project.
