Future Food’s role with QIC was to undertake a full review of the food at QIC Eastland and to develop a master plan report that reposition the food and hospitality offers. The vision was clear from day one, to deliver a state of the art food and hospitality mix calling upon the best food, café, bar and restaurant operators across Melbourne and Australia to link with the local Yarra Valley where the Centre sits alongside its food and wine neighbours – The Yarra Valley – home of Victoria’s food and wine.

The Business case was always to maximise food and hospitality and to ensure a sustainable mix of food with a 2020 vision that delivered an experience-centric approach at  all touch appoints.
