Healthscope appointed Future Food to provide consulting services for Northern Beaches Hospital to review the existing F&B retail provider, create a forecast of the market potential to benchmark the current provider, make recommendations to modernise the retail contract and to conduct an Expression of Interest campaign to secure the best local or interstate food & hospitality provider.

The brief was to modernise the food offer with a wider range of quality food, beverage and coffee that remained approachable and affordable. A healthy focus with a convenient and quick service standard would revitalise Forrest Kitchen on the ground floor and the cafe on level 7 to meet patient, staff and visitor expectations providing a genuine high street quality of food. The service points and outlets would be redesigned to meet modern expectations delivering a credible, consistent and efficient hospitality service across all day parts.
