Future Food were engaged by Precinct Properties to provide specialist advice and guidance throughout the EOI process to attract and appoint a leading New Zealand F&B operator for two signature tenancies in the Sky Lobby of the new PWC Tower in Commercial Bay, Auckland.

With two separate F&B outlets positioned within the Sky Lobby ensured that Food and Hospitality was to be a major component of the tenant and visitor amenity to the PWC Tower.

To achieve the vision, the objective was to attract and secure only the best of the best operator for the newest and most prestigious corporate office tower in Auckland.

This was accomplished with the appointed operator Roger Liu (Woozoo Hospitality Group) opening Spectra, a modern business to business lobby café, setting a new standard for downtown Auckland.
