Future Food worked with Stadiums Queensland to develop an food and beverage strategy for the new Townsville stadium.
Future Food provided strategic advice on all facets of a Food and Hospitality program at the new stadium: General Operating Principles, Trends in Stadium food and beverage and how those could be adapted to North Queensland, An food and beverage Strategy with an optimised mix of outlets, Assessment of the initial scheme and how that could be better optimised for food and beverage – both for customer experience and in the back of house operations and, finally, communicating all of these issues to the various stakeholders, designers and architects
This is a stadium project in which Future Food provided strategic and commercial advice on food and beverage.
We also developed the overall food and beverage vision as well as provided the mix of cuisine and tenants.
All of these services are vital components in the successful delivery of an food and beverage offer that improves fan experience and spectator amenity, both inside the stadium and in the town centre at the Southern end.
