Future Food worked with Mulwala Ski Club to develop and deliver a new hospitality strategy for this regional NSW Club.
When Future Food initially started working with the Club, there was a low level of capability within food and hospitality. It had been relegated to a priority significantly below that of its entertainment, gaming and accommodation priorities.
Our strategy entitled "Rethinking Hospitality at Mulwala Water Ski Club" completely changed the Board's attitude to F&B and the benefits to be gained through its positive application.
Our approach recommended the club increase its F&B standards, increase its number of venues, increase its range of positioning to appeal to a wider audience more often, and to increase the quality of their offer, including steps to deliver these outcomes.
As Peter Duncan the Club's CEO notes, "Allan's recommendations have been implemented with the result of increased patronage, increased revenue and numerous compliments of our food and service.”
