Future Food were appointed to deliver three core stages of food & Beverage Masterplanning for The Ritz Carlton Luxury Hotel development in Elizabeth Quay. The Ritz Carlton along with adjoining apartment towers are set to become ‘THE’ destinational address in Perth for luxury, dining and hospitality.

Future Food’s objectives were to masterplan for the food and beverage provision of the hotel, balancing the provision of a suitable amenity for The Ritz Carlton guests as well as complementing the growth of Elizabeth Quay as a dining destination within the Perth market. Due to proximity to established high end food & beverage provisions, a comprehensive strategy was needed to ascertain clear differentiation for the site to ensure commercial viability in this highly competitive and robust food & beverage landscape.
