Future Food were engaged by Dexus to write a full Food & Beverage Masterplan for this greenfield mixed-use development due to commence building in 2018. The site is in the heart of the Golden Triangle and as such a comprehensive strategy was needed to ascertain clear U.S.Ps for the site and ensure commercial viability in this highly competitive food & beverage landscape. 

The Future Food brief from Dexus detailed the importance of tenant amenities and how Future Food’s mix would be a curated blend of espresso bar, cafe, after work hospitality spaces, all delivering service excellence.
