Future Food was engaged by ARM Architecture (principle consultant) on the redevelopment of Marvel Stadium in conjunction with a wider stakeholder group that included AFL, Marvel Stadium, Development Victoria and Delaware North.

The aim of the Scope was to align the Concept Design with the futuristic aspirations of core customer groups, develop the food and beverage within the Concept Design, provide feedback to the Architect on best practice food and beverage operational attributes and benchmarks both internally and externally.

Additional support was provided to the AFL and Marvel Stadium in their internal development of the business case.
