Future Food were approached in 2013 to assist with the Masterplanning of the food and hospitality for the $2.9 billion regeneration and renewal of the of the Brisbane’s iconic Showgrounds.

Future Food’s role involved developing a customer-centric food and hospitality Masterplan that would appeal to the resident, worker, guest and tourist and service all needs from business, socials and entertainment.

The food offers were planned to offer a sophisticated  yet smart casual dining and drinking mix - including best practice hospitality operators such as Lamb Grill, Hello Chicken, Marae Japanese, Fat Dumpling, GG Espresso and The George Bar & Bistro.

 

Size/Scale: 340,000m2 of residential, commercial & retail buildings

Investment: $2.9 billion
