Sydney Central Station

Sydney, Australia

Future food has a long standing working partnership with Delaware North across a number of their commercial hospitality venues. At the beginning of 2018, Future Food was engaged by Delaware North to provide specialist food visual merchandising and styling for the two new state of the art dining venues at Sydney’s Central Station.

The Market Hall is modern food hall offering a range of quick service popular dining choices, the four counters present a range of grab and go foods, burgers and grill, fruits, salads and juices and a modern café offering an all-day modern Australian menu with quick service counter displays and cooked to order main meals.  The food is both appetising  and represents value for money.

In addition to the Market Hall, is Eternity, an up-market licensed restaurant, built in the former booking hall just off the station’s Grand Concourse. The restaurant seats 212 patrons and opens from 5.30am to 9pm Sunday to Thursday and stays open until 11pm on Friday and Saturday.

Future Food working in conjunction with Emily Pedersen Design advised on a number of the key elements of the two new platform based dining venues.
