Future Food have partnered with Australian Centre for Moving Image as their Food & Hospitality Consultants for the ACMI redevelopment as a part of the overall Federation Square Masterplan.

With the main directive of assisting them with their Strategic Plan for the future of ACMI’s Hospitality and Catering intent and the engagement of a future Caterer to manage their food and hospitality offering including ACMI Café and Functions & Events.

Conducting the EOI process through advertising, developing assessment criteria, creating RFP documentation and supporting ACMI through the process with recommendations and expert consultation on the best outcome for the Museum.

Future Food’s consultancy identified best in class operators as potential catering partners for ACMI, devised attraction strategies, forecasted demand and revenue opportunities, recommended the best type of catering contract and royalty structures and advised on fitout, equipment and layout requirements to create a best practice fit-for-purpose Cafe, Functions & Events spaces.
