Future Food was engaged by Auckland Airport to advise on key Food & Beverage and customer centric Masterplanning services in order to deliver a state of the art hospitality offer. 

Future Food was engaged to participate in the Expression of Interest program as part of the stages of work completed in the refurbishment development of the International and Domestic terminals at Auckland Airport with focus on Food & Beverage tenancies.

The Expression of Interest stages included developing the selection criteria in alignment with the food & beverage Vision, Positioning Statement and Mix, reviewing submitted proposals from proponents and sitting on the review panel for shortlisted applicant presentations, as well as providing feedback and recommendations to support the final decision for the direction of approved tenants for the space.
