Doyalson Wyee RSL Club, affectionately known to members and the wider community as The Doylo, is seeking expressions of interest from experienced operators to take on the management of its full food catering operations. This is a rare opportunity to partner with one of the Central Coast’s most recognised and successful Club venues, offering a high-volume, multi-outlet food business with significant revenue potential.
The opportunity encompasses all food services within the Club, including Tempt Bistro, the Club Café, Ready’s Sports Bar, as well as Taste Bistro at Summerland Point, the Club’s sister venue. Collectively, these outlets deliver a diverse, family-friendly and destination dining experience to thousands of members and visitors each week, establishing a platform for a new operator to make an immediate impact.
The Doylo has identified a clear internal strategy to consolidate its core business activities, with a strong focus on gaming, entertainment and beverage service. As part of this direction, the Club is seeking a dedicated catering partner to oversee and elevate its food offer, ensuring members and visitors continue to enjoy a high-quality, consistent and value-driven dining experience that complements the Club’s broader operations.
