Future Food were engaged by Greenbank Services Club to review a number of concepts and directions for their proposed redevelopment. 

Whilst they had determined a base direction for the proposed redevelopment of the Club's hospitality portfolio, there was a level of anxiety on the correct model and approach.

Future Food Services 

Future Food provided a data driven review of their concept plans and direction. We provided recommendations on the evolving scheme, concepts and operational strategies.

There was a focus on delivery of efficient profitable venues that delivered great customer experiences.

The Club's new approach (launched 2025) includes a modern Steak and Seafood Restaurant (130 seat) operating lunch and dinner periods 7-days and the Marketplace Dining Precinct. 

Marketplace (320 seat) is a multi-faceted food hall that delivers on capability, choice, efficiency and quality. Both products have been exceptionally well received by members and guests alike.
